Site called bracketaday.blogspot.com but not 1, but 4 brackets for march madness, nit, cbi & cit. Yet called bracketaday.blogspot.com due to technically 1 mm bracket daily plus other 3 tourneys I seed. Try my best to place teams by seeding (march madness & nit only) & location (march madness, nit, cbi & cit).
Today I am listing 32 teams who made round of 32, telling how they did & give little humor for some of those teams. Readers of this site, I hope u agree with my description of telling how they did.
Gonzaga Bulldogs.
Bulldogs with Chet Holmgren, who I think should be #1 overall pick in draft due to his great defense play style & defense wins championships, beat Memphis this round through a comeback. Mens team which was 1 seed has 28 to 4 overall record & made mens march madness & womens team which was 9 seed has 27 to 7 overall record & made womens march madness, losing their 2nd round game against Louisville Cardinals ok & for this year both Bulldogs mens team & womens team won respective West Coast Conference tournament championship.
Arizona Wildcats.
They beat TCU at San Diego. Mens team which was 1 seed has 33 to 4 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 4 seed has 21 to 8 overall record, making womens march madness losing to Tarheels during 2nd round; their contemporaries at Pac 12 Stanford Cardinal, winners of Pac 12 tournament championship, which was 1 seed has 32 to 3 overall record, kicking Kansas to the curb in 2nd round .
Kansas Jayhawks.
They out muscled Creighton yep. Mens team which was 1 seed has 32 to 6 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 8 seed has 21 to 10 overall record, making womens march madness losing to Stanford Cardinal during 2nd round ok.
Baylor Bears.
Baylor failed to defend march madness trophy because they lost to Tarheels, surprisingly which thus means Baylor is going home. Mens team which was 1 seed has 27 to 7 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 2 seed has 28 to 7 overall record, making womens march madness losing to Coyotes at home ok; it's funny how Clemson Tigers beat Coyotes at Starkville at 2019 womens tournament but Baylor lost to Coyotes at home at this womens tournament but Baylor mens basketball team & womens basketball team had surprising round of 32 exits.
Auburn Tigers.
Tigers with Bruce Pearl didn't beat Hurricanes which wasn't that shocking as Auburn was bad on the road & neutral sites for later part of season. Mens team which was 2 seed has 28 to 6 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which has 10 to 18 overall record makes this a program which qualified for mens march madness but had losing record for its womens team.
Villanova Wildcats.
Beat Ohio St during 1st round. Mens team which was 2 seed has 30 to 7 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 11 seed has 24 to 9 overall record, making womens march madness, wobbling against Mich Wolverines for loss at 2nd round.
Duke Blue Devils.
Gave Coach K his last win in 2nd round after they beat Mich St yep. Mens team which was 2 seed has 32 to 6 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which has 17 to 13 overall record wasn't selected for womens march madness so this means no chance to cut down nets on the womens side despite being AP ranked for part of the season but Blue Devils mens basketball were able to make Mich St succumb to them in game that was only played because networks wanted Krzyzewski vs Izzo game at 2nd round despite Mich St not deserving to be 7 seed.
Wisconsin Badgers.
Bad for them as they lost to nearby state Iowa St Cyclones. Mens team which was 3 seed has 25 to 8 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which has 8 to 21 record so Wisconsin fans are sad due to them losing in mens march madness 2nd round.
Tennessee Volunteers.
Wobbled against Mich Wolverines, proving they didn't deserve to be seeded higher than Duke Blue Devils since Duke Blue Devils made sweet 16 but Tennessee lost in 2nd round & it's obvious Rick Barnes being the coach easily explains why Tennessee choked in postseason. Mens team which was 3 seed has 27 to 8 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 4 seed has 25 to 9 overall record, making womens march madness, then beating instate Belmont in 2nd round.
Purdue Boilermakers.
Suspect defense of Purdue didn't crumble this game against Texas but will crumble eventually in ncaa tournament, u just wait. Mens team which was 3 seed has 29 to 8 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team has 17 to 15 overall record going to fail to nearby state Marquette Golden Eagles in nit 2nd round ok & womens team won march madness championship years ago, making it 1 of only 2 Big 10 teams other than Terrapins to win march madness championship.
Texas Tech Red Raiders.
Victory at tight game against Notre Dame at round of 32 game. Mens team which was 3 seed has 27 to 10 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which has 11 to 19 overall record, thus there's despair in Lubbock for their d1 womens basketball.
UCLA Bruins.
Cronin survives another day so when will his eventual choke happen. Mens team which was 4 seed seed has 27 to 8 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team has 18 to 12 overall record was snubbed for march madness so had to settle for the nit where Bruins beat nearby state Air Force in nit 2nd round.
Illinois Fighting Illini.
They lost. Mens team which was 4 seed has 23 to 10 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team has 7 to 20 overall record so there were bad performances by Illinois womens basketball players this season.
Providence Friars.
Spectacular Friars were romping Richmond yep. Mens team which was 4 seed has 27 to 6 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team has 11 to 19 overall record, meaning Providence on the womens side embarrassed Big East with their shoddy games.
Arkansas Razorbacks.
Hogs won against their opponent New Mexico St. Mens team which was 4 seed has 28 to 9 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 10 seed has 18 to 14 overall record, making womens march madness but Arkansas is already out on womens side.
Houston Cougars.
Cougars beat juggernaut Illinois at 2nd round game. Mens team which was 5 seed has 32 to 6 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team has 18 to 16 overall record, beating TN Tech in nit 2nd round; their contemporaries at AAC UCF Knights, who got AAC tournament championship, which was 7 seed has 26 to 4 overall record losing to former AAC member UConn Huskies in 1st round & AAC USF Bulls which was 9 seed has 24 to 9 overall record failing to hustle past Hurricanes in round of 68; while I think Houston Cougars will be average team in Big XII womens basketball, it's cool they decided to continue their season in nit when Houston could not have.
St Mary's Gaels.
Gaels unsurprisingly lost to UCLA Bruins ok since St Mary's Gaels played weak nonconference schedule. Mens team which was 5 seed has 26 to 8 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team has 18 to 15 overall record, going on to down Bowling Green in wbi 2nd round, as I think Gaels have tradition of being fine in womens basketball historically.
Texas Longhorns.
They lost march madness game to Boilermakers which was surprising to me as Chris Beard arguably has the nickname of "Purdue Killer" with his wins in ncaa tournament as Arkansas Little Rock Trojans coach & Red Raiders coach. Mens team which was 6 seed has 22 to 12 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team, who lassoed in Big XII tournament championship, which was 2 seed has 29 to 7 overall record, making womens march madness & won against Utah, in rematch of Valero Alamo Bowl 2019.
Murray St Racers.
Thus Murray St lost to
Peacocks in what was really a 5 seed vs at least 13 seed game, not a 7
seed vs 15 seed that selection committee thought it was. Mens team which
was 7 seed has 31 to 3 overall record, making mens march madness &
womens team has 22 to 10 overall record, then losing to nearby state
Commodores in nit 1st round; their contemporaries at Ohio Valley Belmont
Bruins, who beat some teams to win Ohio Valley tournament championship,
which was 12 seed has 23 to 8 & lost during 2nd round to
Volunteers.
Mich St Spartans.
Failed to win against Duke Blue Devils, proving they were overseeded, without a doubt also networks have infatuation with Izzo for his past accomplishments not how badly Mich St played this year. Mens team which was 7 seed has 23 to 13 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team has 15 to 15 overall record so they were average.
Ohio St Buckeyes.
Jeopardy A: This school is going to be sitting on "THE" couch for rest of the NCAA tournament.
Jeopardy Q: What is THE Ohio State Buckeyes.
Ohio St guys had loss. Mens team which was 7 seed has 20 to 12 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 6 seed has 25 to 7 overall record, making womens march madness, proceeding to defeat LSU in march madness 2nd round so duo of mens basketball team & womens basketball team for Buckeyes lost their 2nd round games.
North Carolina Tarheels.
Armando Bacot & crew had surprising upset of Baylor at 2nd round. Mens team which was 8 seed has 28 to 9 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 5 seed has 25 to 7 overall record, making womens march madness, triumphing over Arizona at march madness 2nd round, resulting in both Tarheels teams doing well in their respective march madness.
Creighton Bluejays.
Lost to nearby state Kansas Jayhawks. Mens team which was 9 seed has 23 to 12 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 10 seed has 23 to 10, making womens march madness beating Iowa at womens march madness 2nd round yep.
TCU Horned Frogs.
Lost in overtime classic thriller to Arizona Wildcats. Mens team which was 9 seed has 21 to 13 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team has 6 to 22 overall record; I'm so happy that Horned Frogs, even though they lost in 2nd round, ended march madness win drought.
Memphis Tigers.
Lost game. Mens team which was 9 seed has 22 to 11 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team has 16 to 12 overall record because it's cool both Tigers mens basketball team & womens basketball team are historically fine teams.
Miami FL Hurricanes.
Won this game over 2 seed Auburn where Hurricanes usually had lead throughout game. Mens team which was 10 seed has 26 to 11 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 8 seed has 21 to 13 overall record, making womens march madness, falling to South Carolina Gamecocks in womens march madness 2nd round.
Iowa St Cyclones.
Came in front of nearby state Wisconsin with coach Gard yep. Mens team which was 11 seed has 22 to 13 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 3 seed has 28 to 6 overall record, making womens madness, defeating Georgia during 2nd round.
Mich Wolverines.
Those maize players defeated Tennessee as they certainly did PUNCH above their weight at beating that higher seeded team. Mens team which was 11 seed has 19 to 16 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 3 seed has 25 to 7 overall record, making womens march madness winning over Villanova during 2nd round so this means this carnegie classification r1 school was proud of their mens basketball team & womens basketball team.
Notre Dame Fighting Irish.Loss at tight game against Red Raiders during round of 32 yep. Mens team which was 11 seed has 24 to 11 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team which was 5 seed has 24 to 9 overall record, making womens march madness, gave shellacking to Oklahoma during 2nd round yep.
Richmond Spiders.That school then succumb to Friars when Friars gave shellacking to this A 10 program. Mens team which was 12 seed has 24 to 13 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team has 16 to 14 overall record so Charlotte's Web spider would then be happy at mens team just for winning a march madness game.
New Mexico St Aggies.
Lost during march madness 2nd round to Razorbacks but at least, through 1st round win, they had splendor. Mens team which was 12 seed has 27 to 7 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team has 10 to 19 overall record; their contemporaries at WAC Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks which was 12 seed has 28 to 5 overall record & was beat by Buckeyes at womens march madness 1st round & I hope Teddy Allen transfers to P6 team next season if he wants out of New Mexico St.
St Peter's Peacocks.
Made quick work of Murray St yep. Mens team which was 15 seed has 22 to 12 overall record, making mens march madness & womens team has 13 to 18 overall record; their contemporaries at MAAC Stags which was 15 seed has 25 to 7 overall record, being defeated by Longhorns, I don't think Monmouth Hawks could have beat Murray St at march madness; it's cool Peacocks got their 2nd ever win in march madness.

For my seeds, here's format to decipher them. I'll briefly explain. Going for march madness, each # corresponds to overall seed in tournament. For example, 1.-> 1 overall march madness seed. Going for nit, each # corresponds to overall seed in tournament. For example, 1. -> 1 overall nit seed. Going for cbi, each cbi # corresponds to only teams with winning record in 2021 through 2022 season & will be having lots of teams in AAC, A 10, ACC, Big XII, Big East, Big 10, C USA, Mountain West, Pac 12 & SEC in college basketball. For example 1. would be team with fine winning record in conference alphabetically at top of alphabet & 9. would be team with membership in conference alphabetically below above conferences. Going for cit, each number corresponds to conference alphabetically. For example 1. would be team with best winning record remaining in conference alphabetically at top of alphabet & 16. would be team with fine record in conference alphabetically below teams above it & there won't be any teams which come from AAC, A 10, ACC, Big XII, Big East, Big 10, C USA, Mountain West, Pac 12 & SEC because these conferences don't participate in cit. Use these footnotes when u're trying to decipher my seeding above. That's my tips. I followed the rules with regard to march madness & nit seeding & march madness, nit, cbi & cit location. So be fine with reading my number lists for 4 tournaments in d1.
